AIR HANDLING UNIT

Overview

Air handling unit is a core device for air conditioning facilities used as to regulate and circulate the air temperature, humidity, and cleanness of air supplied to the room to suit the room’s condition, and the components are: air purifier, heat exchanger, and ventilator

Equipment Structure

  • Base and Frame Base is made of structural rolled steel (KSD 3503) to stand weight. Frame is specially designed by pressing AL out, assembling into corner connection piece.
  • Damper Air Tight Type damper of low air resistance and high air tightness using blade of AL extrusion in Air Foil shape is used.
  • Air Filter It is made with flat type structure of low speed filter type and nonwoven fabric is used as to minimize the static pressure loss and can be washed. Depending on demands , the Roll Filter or Clean-room’s basic, intermediate and advanced filters are provided.
  • Cooling and Heating Coil After molding, laminating and inserting the seamless Phosphorus Deoxidized Tube Copper ( KSD 5301-Purity 99.9% ) and Corrugate Al Fin (KDS 6701-0.14t and more), the hydraulic ball expansion method was selected to maximize the heat conductivity and various forms like Non-Freezing Coil and others can be manufactured to adapt the usage.
  • Air Blower High efficiency and low noise Air Foil Fan is used to allow high efficiency and energy conserving operation with energy savings. The blower’s rotary wings are accurately manufactured to demonstrate an almost static and dynamic equilibrium with low vibration noise and extension of life spans of bearings and air conditioning units.
